If you wish to request an inspection, please email building.control@southandvale.gov.uk or use the LABC app for Apple or Android.
As of Monday, 15 December 2025, the cut off time to request a next-day site inspection is 12:00pm (midday).
If your request is logged after 12:00pm, it will request next-day +1. For example, if a site inspection is requested at 12:10pm on a Monday, the inspection request will be logged in Wednesday’s diary. Our Registered Building Inspectors will arrange their own diaries and will contact you to confirm if an in-person site inspection is required or not.
