First Homes Interim Policy Statement

The Government introduced First Homes, a new tenure of affordable housing, through a Affordable Homes Update Written Ministerial Statement on the 24 May 2021. We have produced an interim policy statement to summarise and explain the changes brought in by the introduction of First Homes, and how this applies to the Vale of White Horse.
