Community Infrastructure Levy or CIL – spending

‘Town and parish councils receive their CIL allocation twice a year, in April and October.  For details how town and parish councils can spend their CIL allocation and if there are funds due in the next payment schedule, please contact infrastructureclaims@southandvale.gov.uk .’

We take a small percentage for costs of administering the levy, give a percentage to parishes where the development is located and the rest goes towards the infrastructure projects.
