Five Year Housing Land Supply Update 2024
The Council has updated its five year housing land supply position as of 1 April 2024, published in our December 2024 statement. The Council has a five year housing land supply of 7.09 years.

The Council has also published a housing land supply statement in support of its emerging Joint Local Plan. That statement measures the housing supply against the emerging housing requirement in the Joint Local Plan. You can find that statement on our local plan examination library webpage.
