Planning appeals register
The council can provide information about the status of an appeal at any stage before a decision is issued. We will inform anyone who made representations on an appeal application or lives adjacent to the appeal application site once the appeal process has been formally started by the Planning Inspectorate.
The council sends all representations submitted in respect of the original application to the Planning Inspectorate. This does not mean you cannot comment again, but if you do representations need to be submitted direct to the Planning Inspectorate. The notification letter we send to you will explain this.
You can view existing appeals via our online Planning Appeals Register or via the Appeals Casework Portal provided by the Planning Inspectorate.
Search the Planning Appeals Register

You can search for planning appeals in four ways:
- Search by location and date

- Search by application appeals received in the last seven days
- Search by application appeals decided in the last seven days.
You may also want to search for current applications via the Planning Application Register or the Planning Decision Register.
